another tip is to go swimming often, and try a few lengths using only your legs for either frontcrawl or butterfly

If any1 does this and feels a pulling pain… Then bend your leg slighty… Otherwise ur gonna snap ur ass or something xD…. Slighty bent a lil.. Remember that!
each time i lower my leg with this excersice i hear something knacking down my ass that cant be good xD
