In honor of Mark Twight (the inventor of the 300) and the two guys that posted their “300″ workout on YouTube that inspired me to start using it in my own fitness regimen; I proudly present my own humble effort. I hope they like it. :) Song is “Rush Hour” by Armin Van Buuren

Please read the comments and the description – all questions concerning my approach to this workout have been answered already at least once. I will no longer be answering any more questions.

    Thanks! :)

LOL, I think he was kidding actually….but I could be wrong.

Billion dollars says you cant even do 10 pull ups…
Thank god your not a fitnes coach with that shitty attitude

Your doing an awesome job and especially for your age, I cant even finish the 300 workout myself just as a suggestion though, you should try and use your legs more on deadlift, improper form can result in serious injury. Keep up the good work and God bless!

No more than three times a week, and then only for a one to two months and then switch it up with something else. This is only one component of my overall training routine.

  • Auriconxl says:

LMAO…..thanks man! Appreciate the compliments. :)

Thanks for the feedback. I am very careful with my back certainly, although I know I should go deeper with more of a bend at the knees but due to some persistant knee pain in my “old” age; I’ve had to make certain concesions over the years. That and i’d never consider doing this workout even 4 times a week, let alone 5 times.

  • kthrift says:

man, Im just lookin out for your back, but when you do the dead lefts(and the kb’s) you should lift with your legs not your back. Please dont take this the wrong way but your doing the work out wrong, however… your doing a really awesome job and your heads in the right spot. This is a awesome work out. Also because carful not to overtrain (5x a week ouch)

    1. I hate the fact you’re 13 years older than and can do that.
    2. The fact that you can even do it, or attempt, is great.
    3. Rush Hour by Armin Van Buren is one of the greatest songs ever mixed.
    4. Thanks for the post and keep up the work.

  • RoberDEflores says:

    how many days a week?

  • StillOnThatPlayerShi says:

The 300 routine is definitely mind over matter. It takes a strong mind and a lot will power to overcome yourself.

  • Auriconxl says:

Anyone that overdoes anything is going to have issues…..whether it be HIIT training, or this type of training….which is quite similar to HIIT when done properly. As for CNS issues, the central nervous system isn’t going to be taxed much by doing this three times a week and varying the workouts, unless you have neurological problems to begin with.

  • teewoods says:

this is not going to get anyone ripped. Its an endurance exrcise. If you want to get ripped chage ytour diet. carb cycle. high protein and low carbs. And do HIIT.

i wont reccomend doing this exrcise more than once or actually once very 2 weeks. People who do this reguarly are going to have their CNS( Central Nervous System ) back up.

  • Nat3skiz says:

    you’re roughly gerard butlers age.
